PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Proposed Mine Waste Disposal authorization for the Marathon Palladium Mine Project


Until December 30, 2023, Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is consulting Canadians and Indigenous Nations on the Fish Habitat Compensation Plan for the proposed Marathon Palladium Mine by Generation PGM Inc. This plan is required for a proposed authorization under the Federal Metal and Diamond Mining Effluent Regulations for the disposal of mine waste that would impact fish-frequented water bodies.
