Seniors Supportive Housing Project

Peninsula Manor is a brand new facility, officially opening its doors in October 2018. Bringing the project to life took many years and several committed parties, including the Town of Marathon, North of Superior Healthcare Group, CVG Builders.

The Marathon project was very much focused on developing new affordable housing for seniors who by and large do not require advanced, twenty-four-hour care.
