Candidate’s Package
The following forms must be completed by the candidate.
These forms plus the applicable fee (Mayor: $200, all other offices: $100) must be filed in person or by an agent with the Clerk during regular office hours at Town Hall at 4 Hemlo Drive, between May 1, 2026 and August 21, 2026 (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.).
Proof of identification and Canadian Citizenship will also be required at time of filing.
Packages are also available at the municipal office.
Please note: Candidates in the Town of Marathon are not required to be endorsed by 25 signatures, per the Municipal Elections Act, 1996, Ontario Regulation 101/97, Section 1.
