Works and Operations

The Works and Operations Department is responsible for the planning, operations and maintenance of infrastructure including water supply and distribution, sewer and storm water collection, garbage collection and disposal, waste recycling, roadways, airport, equipment, and buildings.

The Department

Works and Operations Department personnel work with residents, surrounding municipalities, provincial and federal government agencies, engineering consultants, contractors, and many other organizations to provide safe and efficient services to the community.
