"As Mayor, I bring over 12 years of Council experience to the table and with that experience I am committed to build a great team with the rest of the Town Council to move Marathon forward and continue to keep it a good place to live, work and play. As always, I will continue to be open-minded, accessible, accountable, approachable and fiscally responsible through out my term as your Mayor. The role of Council is:  to represent the public and to consider the interests of the municipality; to develop policies; to decide on what services are provided; to ensure Council decisions are implemented; and, to maintain the financial integrity of the Municipality.

The next municipal election will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014.
