For information regarding the registration of a vital event (i.e. birth, death or marriage), please contact the Deputy Division Registrar at the Town of Marathon at 807-229-1340 extension 2223.  Printable online Birth Certificate Applications, Marriage/Death Certificate Applications can be obtained by visiting the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services website at: http://www.serviceontario.ca

Newborn Birth Registration:
Register your newborn ONLINE at: https://www.serviceontario.ca/newborn
DO NOT bring registeration forms to the Town Hall.  All information is sent directly to the Registrar General.
