Marathon Economic Development

The Community Services and Economic Development Department is responsible for the development and administration of a community Economic Development Strategy, including economic and community development initiatives and projects, business retention and expansion, and the promotion of industrial and commercial development. The department is also responsible for community tourism projects, as well as operating the Marathon Visitor Information Centre.
